SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
1. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, Eros will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Items offered on www.erosdigitalhome.ae are only available for delivery within UAE. Eros does not accept orders from international customers and any shipments outside of UAE are not delivered.
3. Eros Digital Home will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
4. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement
5. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
6. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Eros makes every effort to fulfill your order within 3-5 business days of the date of your order, subject to stock availability. Business day mean Sunday to Thursday, except holidays. Please note Eros does not ship on Fridays and Saturdays.
7. The delivery of the products shall be made either directly by Eros or through third party courier/logistic services providers. At point of delivery, identity verification of the Consignee by sighting either an original labour card, passport, driving license, emirates ID Free zone ID to support consignee verification, will be required by our courier partners.
8. Eros’s liability for the product(s) sold stops and the risk passes on to you on delivery to you or to the third party courier/logistic services providers. Consequently any expense, damage or loss occurring during transportation shall be at Eros’s risk.
